An International B2C brand asked Orbbis to guide them through a transformation project for an acquisition-ready IT team; partnering with the business to build a strategy and recruit for a new IT restructure.
The Orbbis Partner bought on board a Head of IT and collaboratively they created a build and delivery team consiting of nine IT specialists. They also built a contracts team consisting of eight IT specialists to support this period of transformation.
This restructure and transformation project put the acquisition-ready IT team in a solid position for future growth plans.
