  1. Broster Buchanan Limited (“Broster Buchanan”, “we” or “us”) is a data controller in the UK for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998. We ensue that the data that you supply to us is processed fairly and lawfully and with care and used only for the purposes of this policy.

This term will be unilaterally varied as necessary to deal with any consequences to the UK following Brexit.
