Amanda has over 20 years’ experience of developing and implementing people strategies which deliver business aims.  She specialises in leading transformational change with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to translate strategy into action to achieve results and high quality outcomes.

Drawing on a broad mix of experience gained from working across private and not for profit sectors, from SMEs to large, national businesses, she is skilled in delivering solutions in target operating models, project management, employee engagement, organisation and talent development, HR function transformation, reward, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, merger and acquisition and TUPE.

Amanda’s passion is enabling real and lasting change through people, adopting a hands-on approach whilst working through and supporting leadership teams as a true business partner.
