Andrew is a multi-skilled business leader with 20 years experience across multiple sectors and organisations; from established international blue-chips to entrepreneurial start-ups and high growth SME’s.

He embraces the challenge of start up, building, scaling or turnaround in business adopting a hands-on approach whilst working through and supporting leadership teams. Having worked in the professional services and consulting sector throughout his career he is particularly experienced in attracting, creating, developing and maximising the success of teams through operational and organisational review. These skills have been applied across multiple sectors and scale of organisation including those experiencing rapidly changing landscapes through technology and automation.

He has a passion for identifying and delivering innovative solutions that will excel in the changing workplace both for today and tomorrow.  With a track record in strategic, operational and organisational review at non-exec and board advisory level; defining company direction, optimizing business procedures and identifying innovative solutions, building, leading and developing high performing teams and a proven ability to convert every opportunity into a driver of profits and growth; Andrew is committed to leaving organisations and their people more changeable, more engaged and equipped for creating a better future.

Andrew set up Broster Buchanan and Orbbis in 2015 to provide relevant and valuable talent and advisory solutions to clients both today, tomorrow and beyond. Over the past 4 years he has established 9 offices in the UK offering management consultancy, executive search, recruitment and talent advisory services and has brought together over 300 years combined experience to provide relationship-led solutions.

Through his own trusted and longstanding networks Andrew established Orbbis to deliver a management consultancy that offers a service like no other; the Orbbis Partners are industry experts who have not learnt their advice from a course but instead have developed and refined their expertise through years of actually ‘doing the job’ – by using the industry expertise and insights that each of the Partners have built up, Orbbis creates high-value, cost effective solutions to drive sustainable change and transformation.
