Andy is a successful CIO and Interim Executive specialising in technology transformations and functional turnarounds. After a successful early career in General and Operational Management Andy transitioned into technology where he has spent over 20 years as CIO for large European and Global organisations in a range of sectors including Recruitment, Staffing and Supply Chain.

His clear communication and appreciation of all parts of an organisation has allowed him to build stronger relationships between technology teams and their internal stakeholders allowing him to lead a series of technology transformation programmes delivering shareholder value.

As CIO for several large international logistics providers, Andy has delivered many high value implementations to external clients proving that technology can be a key enabler for successful company growth.

Whilst technically able Andy’s real strength is in being able to communicate with organisations as a business executive, understanding their challenges and opportunities to then enable technology teams to deliver what the organisation needs to be successful.
