Claire is an experienced HR professional with significant knowledge of leading transformational change, strategic workforce planning, talent and resourcing, succession planning, design and enhancement of graduate schemes, assistance to develop employer branding and employee engagement strategies, project management of large scale outsourcing programmes and development of shared services.

From an operational recruitment perspective she has recruited and managed teams to deliver graduate, volume, specialist and executives roles; frequently working closely with her clients, both in the public and private sectors, to build a direct recruitment model and target ‘hard to recruit’ roles that are key to the business performance.
