Julia is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol) and certified to administer and interpret a range of psychometric and behavioural assessment tools (Occupational Ability & Personality Test User – formerly Level A and B). She is highly skilled in designing and developing integrated talent selection, assessment and development approaches and delivering effective 1:1 conversations and facilitating group feedback.
As an experienced career coach, Julia draws on her extensive knowledge of psychological theory and behavioural science to inform her coaching practice. She values the role of peer support, action learning sets and employee communities in creating an integrated and sustainable approach to individual and organisational change.
An Agile Certified Professional (ICAgile -TAL), Julia brings an agile mindset and leverages agile principles when co-creating people solutions with clients. As an early adopter of Agile techniques and design thinking, Julia is a passionate supporter of the Agile revolution and loves to share her knowledge and expertise to support organisations to evolve their people processes to continuously deliver value.
