Marian is a certified Agile People & Culture practitioner, and in a range of psychometric and behavioural assessment tools including MBTI, SDI and Voiceprint.  An executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in business transformation, leadership development and organisational change.

Passionate about the application of new and emergent learning technologies and approaches to support organisations in enabling the people side of change, with leading edge strategic advisory.
