For over 25 years, she has provided commercial, pragmatic HR solutions to corporates and SMEs, both UK and international businesses. Phillipa built her career from stacking shelves in Sainsbury’s to being a main Board Director and CEO of an international recruitment business, bringing understanding to many if not all of the challenges that businesses face and indeed that people face.

Over her 25+ years, Phillipa has experienced both businesses and people’s highs and immense lows. She has witnessed outstanding professional leadership and ethical behaviour within businesses, and the opposite. All individuals have one thing in common – they prefer not to share it, and if the truth be told, many businesses prefer not to see it.
