Rachel is a qualified Senior HR Generalist (Chartered MCIPD) experienced at partnering with board level and leadership teams on Recruitment and Talent Management, HR Strategy, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.

Driving and delivering solutions resulting in increased efficiencies, profitability and competitive edge. She has worked across multi-disciplines and for global FTSE 150 businesses and SME businesses including a start-up. Her portfolio of clients have also been from a range of industries, sectors and sizes. She is very passionate about providing the highest service levels and delivery.

Rachel is a qualified Chartered MCIPD practitioner, she is also a highly capable senior recruiter who has experience developing and leading successful recruitment teams whilst retaining a hands-on approach to recruitment.

The mix of both agency and in-house resourcing experience has enabled her to develop a wide range of capabilities including management and recruitment of large multi-site and discipline teams, driving direct sourcing models, developing HR processes and procedures, management information, employee attrition and internal recruitment development, process review and restructure.
