As a strategic people and culture architect, Simone brings extensive experience of successfully managing the people side of large-scale organisational change and integration programmes.

Born in Germany and having travelled extensively, immersing herself in different cultures, Simone has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and the value different perspectives bring in the co-creation of people solutions. As a multi-lingual UK resident, Simone enjoys partnering with global leadership teams to share her expertise and big systems thinking to deliver commercial value.

Simone is an accredited Adaptive Leadership Practitioner (Harvard Executive Education), Certified Executive coach and Toastmaster. She is highly skilled in partnering with senior stakeholders and is energised working with leaders to enable the people side of culture change in digital transformation, mergers and conduct & compliance contexts.

Through her leadership of one of the first conduct-related culture programmes in the city, Simone has demonstrated pioneering industry thought leadership in systemic culture change. She has a proven track record in successful delivery and embedding sustainable change.

Often described by clients as visionary and passionate in the programmes and initiatives that she delivers, Simone is a fearless change agent. As required, she can adopt the role of provocateur and disruptor to enable innovation to flourish and generate new thinking and opportunities.

Simone draws on her experience as a Reiki master to guide, navigate and  inform her approach when working in ambiguous and complex organisational environments. Her inspiring leadership style, informed by her agile mindset, coupled with her pragmatic nature, enables Simone to quickly mobilise teams of highly skilled specialists who unite and collaborate to deliver on a common purpose at pace.
