Susie is an AoEC Accredited Associate Executive Coach with real business experience both in the UK and Internationally; over a career spanning 15 years she has held roles including Marketing Operations Director at the Telegraph, Marketing Director for the Times and Sunday Times and has worked as a freelance consultant for IPC Magazines, News International and the Telegraph Group. She has managed teams of up to 30 and her business expertise includes managing change, strategy, business planning, problem-solving, the creation of training and development programmes for 250+ people, introducing new processes and shaping the culture within newly formed teams.
Susie also brings an extra set of skills to the world of business because as well as being a fully qualified Executive Coach she is also a trained, working actress with many high profile adverts and theatre work under her belt.
Susie has a particular interest in the areas of communication, confidence, motivation, self-belief and personal style. She is passionate about impact in the workplace and is strong on presenting skills and relationship building.
An Executive Coach and trainer, Susie is a member of the Association for Coaching. Psychometric Qualifications include Tracom’s Social Styles Psychometric model. She can also deliver individual and team Emotional intelligence programmes being an accredited Emotional Capital Report (EI for leaders) practitioner and therefore an experience Leadership Coach.
Susie is responsible for delivering Workshops on Communication, Self-Awareness, Manager as Coach and Challenging Conversations, and also delivers High Performance Coaching programs at various media companies in London.
